  3. I didn’t fully understand the benefit of the main lifts like squats and bench until I had been working out for awhile. That’s what I get for trying to follow a routine in a muscle mag that mainly focused on isolation exercises.

    Since I started doing the big 3 I’ve noticed gains. They really should be the foundation of your routine!
